Just five months after being a visual associate at Macy's Springfield, I became the Visual Manager at Macy's Plymouth Meeting, PA.  I executed the highly anticipated holiday season, including the iconic Believe station.  As the sole visual employee, time management and attention to detail were a vital part of my role.   I often had to take creative liberties to execute the style guide due to the store's smaller square footage, older mannequins, and limited inventory.
